Do I have to pick the location?
No, the Patrick Proper team can help pick a location that would set the stage for your picnic! However, if you have a location in mind we would love to hear it!
Can I have a picnic larger than 6 people?
We would love to hear your desires. Please send us an email at patrickproperpicnicco@gmail.com to chat.
Can you cater to dietary needs?
Absolutely. We will do our best to allow everyone to enjoy the Patrick Proper experience! *May be subject to an additional up-charge.
Does the Patrick Proper team stay for the picnic?
If you need us during the picnic you may call or text the number you received at consultation.
Do I need a permit?
We desire to fulfill your picnic setting dreams. However, some locations may require a permit or may not be a possibility.
How soon in advance can I cancel?
Picnics must be cancelled 72 hours in advance in order
to be refunded. Any cancellation within 72 hours will not
be refunded. However, we understand that weather
and emergencies are uncontrollable and we will make exceptions or work to reschedule your picnic.
How far do you travel and is there additional charge?
There are no extra charges within a 30 mile radius of University of the Cumberlands. Every mile after that is a .75 cent up-charge.
Rain Policy
We can bring your celebration indoors or we will gladly reschedule.
Can I leave whenever?
We ask for a 15 minute notice if you plan on leaving before the 1.5 hours is up. You are responsible for the picnic items until the Patrick Proper team arrives within the 1.5 hour picnic reservation window.
